Sales room is pretty tight and small. I'd expect something more open to accommodate more people touring the County. That said the cheese is pretty fantastic. Tried a number of samples and bought a really lovely goat cheddar.
If you like cheese, this place is perfect for you. But I prefer to eat their ice cream. For a while, they will open a restaurant here.
You walk into one door, into a "tasting room" and walk out the other. Cheese was all there, in bowls with toothpicks, and you had to run through them before being pushed by the next person. No staff apart from the person at the cash. Worst cheese tasting (if you can call it that) I've experienced. The only restroom is a blue plastic outhouse in the sun (a delight). Would not recommend, even if only for a pit-stop.
Stopped here as part of a bike ride. Been before by car. Some of the tastiest cheeses around. Love the truffle ones. Worth seeking out if you like cheese and appreciate the work that's gone into this place... Unlike others I think they are reasonably priced for the quality. Enjoyed a takeaway selection on the picnic table outside. Looks like they're building a great new patio too. Look forward to trying that again soon.Samples galore, thank you.
Disapointing experience. Good quality cheese, including buffalo types. Able to taste them, but 1$ per taste tip requested. Limited space and staff not helpful. Expendable.
